We’re looking for a Working Student AI Automation & Digital Workflows who wants to build workflows, explore AI tools and help shape how automation works inside a growing tech startup.

Your responsibilities:

In this role you will actively help us design and improve AI-driven workflows and internal automation.

You will:

• Build and optimize AI-powered workflows and automations (e.g. Power Automate)

• Experiment with Copilot agents, AI assistants and prompt-driven tools, including exploring tools like Copilot Studio

• Integrate AI tools into everyday workflows across the company

• Identify opportunities to automate internal processes using AI

• Help improve our internal productivity and automation environment

• Help shape, manage and evolve our Microsoft 365 ecosystem

This is your opportunity to take real ownership and help build the internal AI infrastructure of a modern HR Tech startup.

Your profile:

• Enrolled student in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI, Data Science or similar

• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation and digital workflows

• First hands-on experience with automation tools, AI assistants or workflow platforms

• Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (especially Microsoft 365, Power Automate or Copilot)

• Curiosity to experiment with new tools and technologies

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate in fluent English

Nice to have:

• First exposure to AI tools, prompt engineering or advanced automation platforms

• Interest in HR Tech, productivity tools or digital process optimization
