    Location & Work Model 

    Remote within Germany  |  Part-time (20h/week, flexible around studies)  |  Fixed-term working student contract 

    selectry GmbH is seeking a Working Student to build and launch web interfaces and conversion flows from Figma designs using an AI build layer, with hands-on SEO and analytics integration. This role is foundational for selectry's digital growth as an AI-powered HR-Tech startup. 

    Responsibilities 

    • Build and launch web interfaces from Figma designs using an AI build layer (e.g., Lovable) 

    • Implement and optimize SEO: keyword intent, page structure, metadata, internal linking 

    • Set up and utilize GA4 analytics for actionable insights 

    • Design and manage customer journeys and conversion flows 

    • Document technical decisions (memos, ADRs) 

    • Proactive delivery and self-management 

    Job requirements

    Must-Have Requirements 

    • Experience building web interfaces from Figma designs using an AI build layer — portfolio required, we want to see the work 

    • Hands-on SEO: keyword intent, page structure, metadata, internal linking — used on a real site 

    • Ability to set up and use GA4 (or similar) for actionable analytics 

    • Experience designing and managing customer journeys and conversion flows 

    • Ability to document technical decisions (memos, ADRs) 

    • Proactive, self-managed work style — ships without being told the next step 

    • Fluent English (required)  |  German is a plus 

     

    Nice-to-Have Requirements
